At Branded Spots, each piece is custom-made with care. Please review our shipping timelines and policies below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All custom jewelry orders are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Time

    •    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (rates and timelines may vary)

Shipping times do not include processing time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Branded Spots is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
