Branded Spots – Refund & Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our custom QR jewelry, all sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will gladly issue a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:
• Your item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
• You mistakenly received the wrong product
In both cases, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
Custom Orders
All Branded Spots pieces are uniquely created just for you. As such, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect submissions (e.g. wrong QR link or text)
